RETURN AND EXCHANGE


KeiSaHair.com specializes in hair extension production and sales. We devote ourselves in providing you excellent quality hair extensions with reasonable price and knight service. In order to offer you secure online shopping circumstance, we are launching 'Free Exchange & Return' campaign from now.


Definite details below:


1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products (you can change for same texture and the same price or you should pay more or less depending on your new texture) or if our product has problem (we will exchange for you for free with the same texture) please contact us by email sales@keisahair.com within 48 hours to make application of "Return or Exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.

2. Please send pictures, type, product code and name of the hair extension to us when you decide to make exchange or return.

3. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay more depend on extensions that you would like.

4. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but clients need to afford the shipping cost of the hair extensions. For refund cases the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. But if it is our responsibility, you get full refund. After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the wig back with it.

5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extension, be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

6. This promise is applied for the in stock hair extensions, not include any custom hair extensions, special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut, no flat ironing, no wavy ironing, no dying and in original packaging.

7. If customers can follow the above items, please contact with sales@keisahair.com to fill in the returning application.

Free Cancelling:


We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.


1. For instock orders, please contact us within 8 hours after your payment finished.
2. For custom orders, please contact us within 24hrs after your payment finished.
3. Overdue, you will be charged 15% restocking fee.
4. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
